I have been working as a Nuclear Medicine field service engineer in the UK for more than 25 years and am currently employed by Medical Imaging Consultancy Ltd. MIC specialise in the installation, maintenance, refurbishment and repair of Nuclear Medicine imaging systems (gamma cameras), primarily those produced by ADAC Laboratories (incorporated into Philips Medical Systems some years ago) and IS2 Medical Systems (unfortunately no longer in business). The ADAC/Philips range that we maintain includes the Skylight, Forte, Vertex, Argus, CardioMD and Transcam single head cardiac mobile. The IS2 systems we have installed and maintain are all dual head Pulse cardiac SPECT systems, 4 of which are currently installed in the UK.

We are also currently responsible for first line maintenance of the revolutionary Spectrum Dynamics D-SPECT system installed in London. UK institutions interested in the purchase of a D-SPECT are invited to get in touch with us (via the MIC website detailed below).
